first_imgThe HR Team are currently seeking to recruit for a HR Administrator to join their team of dedicated staff.HR Team offers employment law and strategic human resource services to employers in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the UK.About The Job Role Job Title: HR AdministratorContract Type: PermanentHours of Work: Five-days weekSalary: Negotiable and depending on experience Job Location: HR Team, Catalyst Inc., Bay Road, Derry~LondonderryAs a HR Administrator, you will be required to provide an administration service to HR Team clients ensuring that the team is efficient in servicing its growing client base. There will be a high emphasis on client satisfaction as this is at the forefront of what we do.Your expertise in the following areas will be required:Answering all incoming calls to the HR Team office in a professional wayDevising employment-related documents such as letters, policies, proceduresAdministering contracts of employment and employee handbooks in line with the relevant employment legislation in that jurisdictionConducting research into updates on employment legislationConducting HR-related administration tasksOrganisation of training workshops and webinars for the client baseCo-ordination of training and workshops and webinars on the dayBe client facing where appropriateAlways representing HR Team in the most professional and positive wayMaintaining a good rapport with all HR Team clientsEnsuring that a strong commercial understanding is always demonstrated to our clients.Essential Criteria:A HR qualification or working towardsA minimum of 1 years’ experience in a HR administration or HR assistant roleA strong understanding of employment law and HRExperience of administering various employee relations procedures such as grievance, disciplinary, dignity at work, absence and redundancy.Excellent communication and client satisfaction skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organisational and team working skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to pay attention to detail.Desirable Criteria: Membership of CIPDThe ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with all parts of HR / Employee life cycle.How to Apply:To apply for this position, please send your CV outlining how you meet the criteria, your current salary and when you would be available to commence employment, to [email protected] or via post to The Recruitment Department, HR Team, Catalyst Inc., Northern Ireland Science Park, Bay Road, Derry~Londonderry BT48 7TG; before Friday 22nd March 2019 at 5.00pm.
